The development and writing of a complete research proposal, including graduate scholarships research proposals, master's or PhD thesis research proposal, to be submitted to any agency or sponsor you selected (other than NSF, DARPA or NIH), and based on your existing research ideas, research plan, publications and capabilities to complete the desired project (a draft of the research proposal is not required from you). You provide a research plan, a list of your relevant publications, and CVs or biosketches of the proposal authors and participants. This work includes an extensive literature search and usually takes from 10 to 30 business days and more, depending on the proposal's nature and destination.
