Other Agencies: Whitepaper Development and Writing

The development of and writing a whitepaper of a research proposal, including graduate scholarship proposals, master's and PhD thesis proposals, to be submitted to sponsors or agencies other than NSF, DARPA or NIH, and based on your existing research ideas, publications and capabilities to complete the desired project. [A whitepaper draft is not required from you; if you have the whitepaper draft, select an appropriate service in Editing, Writing and Promotion category.] You provide a list of your relevant publications and CVs or biosketches of the proposal authors and participants. This work may include a basic literature search and may take from 5 to 10 business days, depending on specific features of a particular whitepaper.
